According to the law, there are 4 charges that licensed moneylenders in Singapore are allowed to impose:
1. Up to 10% Administrative Fee (deducted upfront from your loan amount)
2. Up to 4% Interest Rate per month
3. Up to 4% Late Interest Rate per month
4. Up to $60 Late fee per month
Loan eligibility is dependant on your income. Licensed money lenders like 118 Fast Cash are able to provide loans up to 6 times of your monthly salary to borrowers. Take note that this restriction is a shared regulation among all lenders.
